Meet Our Staff
Jeff Tauring, Pastor
Jeff Tauring has been in the automotive business since birth. Born into the bodyshop owned by his father, and both his mother and father racing at local tracks including Cloverleaf Speedway. He has been building customs since the age of 12.
Jeff graduated from Heritage Baptist Institute in 2003 and has been preaching for over 25 years. With a niche for connecting the Old Testament to the New Testament, and a passion of the prophetical books.
If he ever gets free time he enjoys being a student of the American Revolution and riding the bike, a ’06 Softail. Jeff has two grown children and currently resides with his bride Jennifer in Hudson.
George Popovich, Asst. Pastor
George has worked in sales in the automotive industry for 25 years. He runs the Sunday School Department and plays bass guitar on the music team.
George currently resides in Stow with his wife Kelly and three children Benjamin, Jakson and Gracelynn. George currently holds a Bachelors in Religious Theology from Heritage Baptist Institute.
Kelly Popovich, Treasurer
Kelly Popovich received her undergrad in finance from Kent State University in 2002, then in 2004 she received her MBA in International Business from the University of Akron.
Kelly worked in management for five plus years at Goodyear and Joann Stores, then the Lord put it on her heart to stay home and school her three children (Benjamin, Jakson and Gracelynn.) Kelly serves as treasurer and also teaches the K.O.T.C. Sunday School class rotation.
